Refunds and disputes

Gaging Station LLC sells professional services, not physical goods, so no return policy applies.

If work has been paid for but not yet delivered, the unused portion is refundable on a pro-rated basis. To request a refund or raise a dispute, email email@gagingstation.llc within 60 days of the relevant delivery; we will respond and work to resolve the matter directly.

Cancellation

Either Gaging Station LLC or the client may cancel an engagement at any time by sending written notice (email is sufficient). The client is responsible for payment for work completed through the cancellation date. Any unused, prepaid amounts are refunded on a pro-rated basis.
